What the estimator is
A published, versioned model. Version 2026.09-1 took effect on 2026-09-12, and the whole model, including every rate below, is served as JSON at /api/v1/fee-model. You can fetch it and reproduce any number this page shows.
The arithmetic is integer-only: every amount is a whole number of euro cents and every multiplier is per mille. That is not fussiness. It means the browser and our server compute identical figures, so the band you saw is the band we receive with your request rather than one that drifted by a cent on the way.

Not a quotation and not an offer. This model produces an indicative monthly budgeting band for our own service fee. It is not a quotation, not an offer, and not binding on either party. A binding fee is given only in a written engagement proposal after we have seen your actual accounting material.
Not a tax calculation. Nothing here estimates your tax, your refund or your liability, and nothing on this site promises a reduction in what you owe. Tax depends on your actual figures and on the law as it applies to them.
Not a substitute for looking at your books. The largest single variable in accounting work is how complete and how well organised the source material is, and that is the one thing a slider cannot tell us. It is why the output is a band rather than a number.
